Chapter Six : "What the F@£&$%#K!!!" & Dory's Face-lift
Every car enthusiasts worst nightmare is someone putting a mark on their pride and joy! The last thing you want to see after all that hard work building and meticulously cleaning your project is someone going at the side of it with a can opener, which is exactly what happened to Dory in the entrance road of Lincoln County Hospital whilst I was visiting my sister.

Apologies for the poor taste in music!
The video footage proved absolute in this instance and the 3rd parties insurance paid out. Normally in this situation the car would have been written off, but this is where it pays to have insurance with specialist companies such as Adrian Flux on a specialist modified vehicle policy with an agreed value. I had a specialist solicitor work on my behalf and the insurance paid out a compensation amount based on the agreed value policy. This means no accident damage is recorded against the vehicle and I was able to have Dory repaired, along with a change of colour to the Tarmacs.

New Life Systems UK Ltd in Lincoln replaced a door for me which I had supplied, a new wing and full paint of the drivers side. As well as a new Coarse Silver colour for the Fifteen52 Tarmac's!
Johnny & the team have also done other paintwork on Dory, previous projects cars and my business vehicles - I would highly recommend them.
Dory's new look on the day I collected her from New Life Systems! This Coarse Silver has been the colour of choice now for over 2 years and there is no sign of it changing anytime soon!
